• Cookware and bakeware: Pots, pans, baking dishes, and cookie sheets.
• Utensils: Cooking spoons, spatulas, whisks, and knives, along with silverware for eating.
• Dinnerware and glassware: Enough plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses for all guests.
• Appliances: A stove, oven, microwave, and often a refrigerator, plus small appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
• Prep tools: A cutting board, can opener, and colander.
• Basic pantry items: Salt, pepper, cooking oil.
• Cleaning supplies: Often includes dish soap, sponges, and paper towels. 

UPPER LEVEL

• Loft with 2 queen beds
• Gathering area with sleeper sofa & chairs & small deck
• Bathroom

LOWER LEVEL

• 2 Private bedrooms w/queen in each
• Sliding glass doors in each bedroom exit to back yard
